You can delete your account and its data at any time. Deletion is permanent — we cannot restore an account or its study history afterwards.
The fastest way, and it takes effect immediately.
If you've lost access to your phone number or can't sign in, email contactus@sscmitra.com from any address, with the phone number on the account. We may ask you to confirm a detail or two before deleting, so that nobody else can delete your account on your behalf. We aim to complete requests within 30 days.
Your account: name, phone number, and class details (board, standard, medium).
All study progress: XP, levels, streaks, chapters read, and daily activity.
Every quiz and mock test attempt, and the scores from them.
Your conversations with the SSCMitra AI tutor, including the questions you asked.
Any earned badges, notifications, and saved devices used for push notifications.
Your subscription and payment records held by SSCMitra.
Records our payment providers keep independently. Razorpay and Google are required to retain transaction records for their own legal and tax obligations, and deleting your SSCMitra account does not remove those.
Study material itself — chapters, summaries and question papers — belongs to the platform, not to your account, and is unaffected.
